From upload to clarity, end to end.
A transparent, eight-stage pipeline. No black boxes — every step is documented, encrypted, and auditable.

System architecture
- Stage 01
Secure upload
You drop a PDF or image of any pathology, imaging, dermatology, cardiology, or trichology report. The file is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). It is never shared, sold, or used to train external models.
- Stage 02
Document parsing
Our system reads every page — text layers, scanned images, lab tables, structured fields. Multi-page PDFs, multi-modality bundles, and follow-up sequences are all handled in one pass.
- Stage 03
Clinical intelligence analysis
Findings are extracted, normalized, and cross-referenced against peer-reviewed guidelines (WHO, NCCN, ACC/AHA, RSNA, AAD, AAO, and more). Each finding receives a severity grade, a confidence score, and a direct quote from your source document.
- Stage 04
Plain-English explanation
Every medical term is translated. Every value is contextualized against normal ranges. Red-flag findings are marked clearly with referral guidance — without ever issuing a diagnosis.
- Stage 05
Linked dictionary
Every term in your report is automatically linked to the free Intel e-medix Medical Dictionary so you can drill into definitions, examples, and related findings.
- Stage 06
Comparison (optional)
Upload a follow-up report and we benchmark it against your baseline — quantifying what changed, what stabilized, and what improved over time.
- Stage 07
Audit trail
Every access, view, and share is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log. Organizations get per-user, per-report visibility for compliance.
- Stage 08
48-hour auto-purge
Source files and analyses are cryptographically erased 48 hours after upload by default. Retention can be extended for organizations with explicit BAA contracts.
