We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is available for Intel e-medix products and how it is processed. Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC (a Stripe company). Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method used at checkout.
1. Prepaid Credits & One-Time Report Analyses
Intel e-medix uses a prepaid credit model. Credits are digital goods delivered to your account instantly on payment. Each report analysis is a digital service consumed at the moment of delivery. You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The analysis failed to generate due to a technical fault on our side, or
- The delivered analysis is materially incorrect or unreadable for reasons attributable to us, or
- You were charged in duplicate for the same order, or
- You purchased a credit pack and have not consumed any credits — in which case a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase.
Partially-used credit packs may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days (unused credits refunded, consumed credits billed at the single-report rate). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via billing@intelemedix.com, including your order ID (from the Lemon Squeezy receipt) and a brief description of the issue.
2. Subscription Plans
- You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing billing@intelemedix.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end date.
- New subscriptions are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment, provided fewer than 5 analyses have been consumed in that period.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3. Enterprise & BAA Contracts
Refunds, credits, and termination rights for enterprise and BAA customers are governed by the signed Order Form / Master Services Agreement and supersede this page where they differ.
4. How Refunds Are Issued (Merchant of Record)
All payments for Intel e-medix are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC (a Stripe company). Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Currency conversion or bank fees applied by your card issuer are outside our and Lemon Squeezy's control. You will receive an updated invoice/credit note from Lemon Squeezy by email when the refund is processed.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorised, please contact us first at billing@intelemedix.com so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated with Lemon Squeezy and your card issuer.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law (including, where applicable, EU/UK distance-selling and consumer protection regulations). Because our digital services (report analyses) are delivered and consumed immediately, EU/UK consumers expressly acknowledge and consent that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once an analysis has been generated, in line with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
