For patients
Your medical report, explained in words you understand.
Lab results and radiology reports are written for doctors, not for you. Intel e-medix takes the report you already have and turns it into a clear, structured explanation — what it says, what the terms mean, and what questions to ask next.
Every new account includes one free report analysis — no card required.
How it works
Four steps, from the paper in your hand to an explanation you can actually use.
1. Upload your report
Take the report you received from your doctor, lab or hospital — a PDF, scan or photo — and upload it to your private account.
2. We structure the findings
The system reads the report and organises what it says into clear sections: findings, measurements, terminology and what the report recommends.
3. Read it in plain language
You get a simple summary, an explanation of every medical term, and a deeper dive if you want the detail — each point tied back to the exact wording in your report.
4. Talk to your doctor prepared
Download the explanation as a PDF and bring your questions to your next appointment. Your doctor remains the decision-maker.
What you get
Everything is built around one principle: explain what your report says, never guess beyond it.
Your language
Read your explanation in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese or Portuguese — on screen and in the downloaded PDF.
Compare reports over time
Upload two reports — for example, before and after treatment — and see what changed between them in one side-by-side view.
Deleted after 48 hours
Your uploaded report and its analysis are automatically deleted 48 hours after upload, unless you choose to keep them. Nothing is sold or shared.
Private by design
Only you can see your reports. The platform is built on HIPAA, GDPR and PDPL-aligned infrastructure with a full audit log of every access.
Medical dictionary
Look up any medical term you encounter — in your report or from your doctor — in a plain-language dictionary, no account required.
Grounded in your report
Every explanation is drawn from the actual wording of the report you upload — not generic internet answers — with references back to the source text.
Important: what this is not
Intel e-medix is not a doctor, and it does not diagnose you. It reads and explains the report that a qualified physician already wrote about you. It will not tell you that you have a disease, prescribe anything, or replace a consultation. If anything in your explanation worries you, discuss it with your doctor — bring the PDF with you.
